CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

CranioSacral therapy is a whole-body treatment technique that works within the craniosacral system in order to support and nourish the central nervous system. This method of hands-on bodywork aligns with natural and unique body rhythms to assist in releasing deeply held tensions. Craniosacral therapy restores and balances the nervous system while releasing stored effects of stress, injury, and trauma, moreover improving health and performance.

YOGA & THERAPEUTIC MOVEMENT

The practice of yoga includes mindful movements, breathing practices, and meditation to enhance muscular strength, flexibility, and overall health and well-being.

SUBTLE YOGA

Subtle yoga builds nervous system resilience with slow, conscious movements. This broadly applicable, person-centered approach to yoga is tailored to individual injuries, body types, physical abilities, and various contexts that include fatigue, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, body image, and weight management.

 

CRANIYOGA

CraniYoga is a restorative yoga practice for all levels that combines craniosacral therapy and gentle massage. Relaxing poses are held for 5-10 min using props to provide a completely supportive environment. The instructor performs craniosacral therapy and gentle massage to enhance the experience and provide total relaxation.
